How long does custom jewelry take?
The typical range is 4–8 weeks from your first consultation to a finished piece. For time-sensitive projects — especially engagement rings — tell us your target date at the first meeting and we'll plan around it.
How is gold value determined when I sell?
Gold value is based on three factors: purity (karat), weight measured in grams on a calibrated scale, and the current live gold spot price. We explain all three in front of you during the evaluation. No obligation to accept the offer.
Do you repair jewelry you didn't sell?
Yes — always. We work on jewelry from other stores, online purchases, and inherited pieces. Bring it in for a free assessment.
