Phil Hieser — COO

Phil has more than 40 years in the jewelry industry, including years overseeing multi-store retail operations across more than a dozen states. He brought that executive depth back to single-store management when the family settled in Indiana, and his operational background ensures Smith's runs at a consistently high standard. Phil and his wife Abbie both work at the store — a family operation in every sense.

Robby Hieser — CEO

Robby spent 18 years as a working bench jeweler before taking the helm at Smith's. That background as a craftsman — not a career manager — shapes how the entire store operates, from how repairs are assessed to how custom projects are approached. Robby and his wife Johanna own and run Smith's together. They have four children and spend their time outside the store camping and exploring the outdoors with their family.

Johanna Hieser — CFO

Johanna brings 18 years of small business accounting and administration to her role managing Smith's finances and operations. She's also a familiar face on the floor, known among customers for her warmth and attentiveness. Johanna is Robby's wife and co-owner of the store — deeply invested in its reputation and the community it serves.

Emily Silveus — GIA Graduate Gemologist, Smith's Jewelers Noblesville

Emily Silveus — Jewelry Professional

Emily has been part of the Smith's family for 30 years — beginning at age 14 when her grandmother worked here. Over three decades she earned her diamond grading credentials from the GIA, served as store manager, and built relationships with customers whose children now shop with her. Her depth of knowledge and institutional memory make her one of the most trusted resources in the store.

Abbie Hieser — Jewelry Professional

Abbie began her jewelry career in 2003 and has since earned both Diamondtologist and Gemologist credentials through the Diamond Council of America. She's worked across multiple Indiana retail environments, and her deep product knowledge makes her particularly effective when customers are navigating diamond and gemstone selection. Abbie is married to Phil and works alongside him at Smith's.

Lisa White — Jewelry Professional

Lisa brings 14 years of jewelry retail experience and a B.S. in Business Management from Indiana University. Her background spans both corporate retail and independent store environments, giving her practical expertise across a wide range of customer needs. Outside the store, Lisa spends her time with her two daughters and four grandchildren.

Taylor Candler — Jewelry Professional
